A brass teapot warmer from India with a decorative stand and a burner for lamp oil or spirits. The body and stand are decorated with a red ornament, while the sides feature peacocks and a floral pattern in shades of green and blue. The set includes a teapot with a lid, a stand, and a separate, detachable burner that fits inside the stand. This set is perfect for slowly warming up already brewed tea or drinks and also serves as a striking oriental home decor piece.
Please note: This is a handmade Indian brass piece. The pattern, metal tone, minor scratches, polish marks, and small imperfections may vary slightly from the photo and from piece to piece. This is a characteristic of the handcrafted process, not a defect.
How to use:
Before first use, rinse the inside of the kettle with warm water and wipe dry.
Remove the burner from the stand and unscrew the top part.
Pour some lamp oil or tabletop alcohol into the container (don't fill it all the way to the top, leave some headroom). Do not use gasoline, solvents, or other aggressive liquids.
Screw the top of the burner on and place it in the center of the stand.
Place the teapot on the stand and pour warm water or already brewed tea into it.
Carefully light the burner with a match or lighter. The flame should be small—just enough to maintain the drink's temperature.
To extinguish the fire, carefully blow out the flame. Wait until the burner has cooled completely before moving the set or adding fuel.
Use the set only on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects. Do not leave the burner unattended while it is burning, and keep the product out of the reach of children.
